2004 KZ Sportsman 2852 5th wheel with 2 slides, purchased not long ago and had a friend haul it back but have changed our mind and have decided to not put a 5th wheel hitch in our truck and need to sell. Do not know a ton as we havent actually camped in it but we know 1 slide motor needs replaced, was told the fridge needs a motherboard, vinyl flooring has cracked and needs replaced but there are no soft spots in the flooring or leaks in the ceiling.
