Tempur-pedic King memory foam matt and box springs. The mattress is in excellent shape. No stains and a non smoke home. The comfort level is I'd say about a medium. It is very comfortable. Reason for getting rid of it is our granddaughter is in that room and wanted a smaller bed. The box springs show some wear on the corners but in good shape, If needed I do have a older bed frame I can send along that I did use.
