Seekins Element 7mm PRC w Vortex LHT

I have for sale in great condition Seekins Element Vortex Razor HD LHT 4.5-2250, and Vortex Precision matched rings. I had Seekins install the picrail and the the m-lock to the bottom for the Arca Swiss plate. I ran reloads, Berger 180gr VLD rounds in it, and will give you my data w the rifle. The rifle shoots outstanding as just going to the next generation.

Prices $2850 for rifle, $1500 for scope, $160 in rings, and cant remember what I have tied up w rails, but were installed w Seekins. Im asking $3000 for the package.
