It's a 1971 Schult 14x70 with a 12x18 addition in Mandan ND Ive got information from the last couple of years as far as plumping invoices , inspection reports ect, have put a lot of work into it in the last year , all new flooring vinyl plank in every area excluding kitchen and entryway but have the new flooring in boxes ready to install which I will throw in. new fridge ,dishwasher , range and laundry set all bought this year the range was 3k and its a double convection lg with smart enabled settings , the bathroom shower was redone with new mold resistant drywall , back bedroom wall was also redone due to some rotting wood, freshly painted and have extras of all the colors included, added on a deck and a new shed to house anything you might need. Lot rent is 415 a month and park needs approval backround check before purchasing, text me for more pictures !

There are still some areas that need finished like casing throughout the house that doesnt match but didnt get to it yet , and one of the cabinets in the kitchen could be replaced , but thats why its cheap! Im not set on a price but have a minimum I need
