Most totes contained a safe for food contact enzyme. Safe for animal feed chemical. Or a strong cleaning agent. (concentrated Bleach OR hydrogen peroxide) no oils

I personally wouldnt use it for something like human drinking water. But for animals or watering your garden should be fine. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
