2012 Cherokee 28 Foot 5th Wheel

We bought it a couple years ago and have loved it but it is way more camper than my wife and I need. We are going to down size a bit. I pulled this camper with my half ton GMC and it pulls great. I put new tires on it when we got it and last year the water pump seemed weak, so I put a new water pump in it. It is in very nice condition and has the private bunk beds in the back with a fold away ladder for the kids to crawl up to the top bunk, also sleeps two when the table is taken down and one more on the couch. Has the queen bed in the goose neck with a walk-in shower. It has a power awning and a very large living room tip out. Bathroom is off to your left when walking up into the bedroom. It has lots of storage and AC was serviced and works great and so does the furnace and it's all automatic. It has 2 propane tanks and a security cable to go around your bikes and grill if needed. Everything works in this camper. It has electric jacks in front, manual Jacks in back, and batteries are good. 5th wheel hitch is included but might need new bolts for new install. Exterior is very nice but does show some very very small hail dings on the left side. Call or text for more info.
