I bought a Master Lock Electric Winch about 5 yrs ago for use to pull my boat up on the trailer when I was by myself, I had a fairly large boat but sold my boat and never even used it, so it is like brand new, runs by hooking alligator clips to a battery, has very long cables for this, and has a 6ft long remote to run it with, has 2000lb capacity, Max boat weight 5000lbs, line speed 6ft per minute, it is like new, paid $400 and will take $250 for it, the plate goes on the bottom of it with ease, just sets on the 3 pegs and slides ahead to lock, could be used for other things than boats, just don't overload it
