4 unit apartment building!

It used to be a house that was converted into apartments. The basement is not yet finished but electrical has been started and otherwise wouldnt be hard to get going after a good cleaning. There are four units all of which are currently rented out. There is two 2 bedroom units and two 3 bedroom units which are in good shape and rented out. The roof was in the process of being tinned but not half was done so far. The other half is still cedar shakes so needs tin. There is two outside sheds along with a two stall garage that needs an overhead door. In the unfinished basement there is two kitchens, two living rooms and four bedrooms. Also in the basement is a laundry room with pay to play washers and dryers. Any questions please call or text. Just want out of it as we are moving.
