220 electric smoker with ranco digital controller, electric fan for draft, switched outlet for a bottom hot plate, left bottom outlet and slide out lamp for smoking in the dark. All functions have an indicator light when in use. Currently set up with a homemade smoke daddy smoker, but it has the ability to use a bottom cabinet hot plate or to add a puck or pellet smoke generator in the bottom left cabinet. Comes Multiple donut screens for smoking trays that slide into the channels or use the wooden dowels to hang sausages. Works really well as this is the third one I have built, going to build a larger one is the only reason for selling.
