Had previous leak before we bought it in front bedroom so side walls are soft. Roof has had patching/caulking done that needs to be done again especially around the seams. AC vent cover has a small break on the bottom side from a tree recently but its only cosmetic.

Everything works except the awning. New water heater, new flooring.

Sleeps 6-9 depending on size of people. Queen bed, fold down couch, dinette, two bunks. No slide outs.

Weight is 5,150 and is 30 foot.

Only reason were selling is were looking for something slightly shorter but the same sleeping space
