You would need to buy the mattress, which you can purchase from DreamCloud or any store that sells adjustable mattresses. This is a bed similar to Tempur-Pedic, but MUCH MORE reasonably priced! I looked at them all before purchasing but decided on DreamCloud. I have 2 Twin XL put together to make a king, and am super happy with this bed.
This frame is brand new, still in unopened box. Cost for this frame when purchased is $699 plus tax. Serious inquiries only.
