Safely performs all duties associated with the inspection, testing, calibration, and repair of all classes of gas meters. Nothing in this job summary restricts managements right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school education with basic computer skills and possess or acquire a forklift operator certification.

Requires a strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently.

Must be able to perform all the essential functions required of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Must take all measures necessary to protect networks, devices, programs and data from cyber-attack, damage or unauthorized access.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, no sponsorships considered.

Subject to pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified Meter Mechanic with strong computer skills and a background in electronic correctors and regulators. Experience in operating a tractor/trailer unit with excellent driving and safety records.

Highly motivated self-starter with excellent written/oral communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

The successful candidate must have a strong commitment to exceed the needs of the customer and grow the Companys regulated businesses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsible for all functions related to the preparation, shipment, and transportation of meters, regulators, and various materials.

Promotes all products and services sold by the Company.

Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
