34-year-old female looking for a roommate to move into the First Street Lofts for $950/month or another apartment. Love the lofts and especially the pet-washing station! I don't have pets but am open to having them. Heat and electric are paid for. Would love an apartment available on the 4th floor. The view is gorgeous from all directions, but especially south. There's a nice patio with a fire pit, a gym, central air, a balcony and many more nice amenities. Conveniently located downtown. Deposit is about $633 or more.
