Looking for a rental property under $1000/month which would be my first ever lease. It would be for me and my son. I have him 50% of the time. I've struggled a bit in my life stemming from addiction, which lead to having a criminal background and me recently being released from prison In August to the Fargo area.. did this to get a fresh start but needed to be closer to family. I'm sober, been gainfully employed since my release, been working on rebuilding my credit(up 100+ points), and just trying to be a better man and give my son the Father he deserves. Its not easy, but not much is when you're a father. I'm approved for rent help, which is for 3 months. And then I'm able to pay rent after that myself. Figured id utilize the resources given to me!
