Job Title: Experienced Snow Removal Technician

Location: Bismarck

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Snow Removal Technician to join our team for the upcoming winter season. The ideal candidate will have experience in snow removal and be able to efficiently clear driveways, walkways, and parking lots of snow and ice in all weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate snow removal equipment (e.g., snow plows, blowers, shovels, and de-icing tools) to clear snow from residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Ensure walkways, driveways, and other surfaces are safe and free of ice and snow hazards.

Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow and ice events.

Maintain and care for snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Communicate with clients and team members to confirm service needs.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in snow removal or related field (preferred).

Knowledge of snow removal equipment operation and maintenance.

Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and in inclement weather.

Physical stamina and ability to work in cold conditions for extended periods.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if driving equipment is required).

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
