We are looking for someone to do Lease Takeover of our apartment. We had to move end of the year for work and the lease is active until 7/31/25. $1371/month. Apartment is clean and move-in ready. We enjoyed the convenient location of the Hawk Pointe apartments and that it was on the second floor.
