Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our agency. You will work closely with our supportive and engaging staff in a nurturing environment where your contributions are valued and appreciated. The office is open Monday - Thursday. Reception hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 4pm. This position is a fill-in for our current admin who will be going on maternity leave. This position has the potential to turn into a part-time or full-time position in the future as we consider having two admins on staff. We are looking to hire someone as soon as possible to be trained well before her maternity leave. You would officially take over the position in October after a month of training with the admin.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
Maintain accurate records and manage client information with confidentiality and care.
Provide administrative support to the counseling staff, including preparing documents and managing correspondence.
Assist in managing office supplies and ensuring the workspace is organized and welcoming.
Billing and insurance processes are handled outside of the office, so assisting with keeping in communication with these individuals and taking on any day-to-day needs that may come up with processing payments and coordinating communication.
Support the planning and coordination of events and meetings.

Qualifications:
High capacity and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Google (Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail)
A heart for service and a commitment to the values of our Christian counseling agency.
Previous administrative experience.
