This pickup has seen better days. It had been a plow truck/sander in Minnesota before I had it. Since I've had it, it's been nothing but a plow truck and occasional heavy hauler.
I've put a lot of money in it to keep it going. I've had it for 8 years and put less than 10,000 miles on it, but in that time I've had the upper control arms, ball joints, and other front end pieces replaced (see receipt in photo -- over 2k), all brake pads and rotors, rear calipers, tires, and a year and a half ago I even put a new transmission in it (see receipt in photo -- over 3k). Right before I got it, new 3500 pound leaf springs were put under it. There is still plastic on them -- though it's ragged. I've put two ton of rock in the bed and that brings the rear to the level of most trucks like this when empty.
This pickup runs nice and drives nice. I'd trust it to take me anywhere.
But... the reason I'm selling it is because now the transfer case needs either replacing or rebuilding. It's so rusty that I just decided I was done putting money into it.
It does also have the infamous 6.0 exhaust leak, but it does not leak any fluids. I've never had to add anything to it in the time I've had it. If you don't care about rust or 4 wheel drive, this isn't a bad pickup.
I might consider selling parts depending on what you need and what youre willing to pay.
I might trade. I like motorcycles especially dual purpose bikes like a KLR or XL but I am large so it would need to be big. Maybe a three wheeler? I could also use a tractor with a PTO.
